The Program
Team Power is a premier grassroots basketball program based in the Augusta, Georgia area, dedicated to developing high-level athletes on and off the court. Competing on the New Balance P32 Circuit, we face elite national competition while emphasizing skill development, team chemistry, and character growth.

Our Coaches
Coach Aaron Upchurch
Head Coach
Coach Upchurch stepped into the Head Coach position for Team Power 2027 in 2023, following his tenure as an assistant since 2018. He emphasizes hard work and giving 110%, teaching players to compete with discipline, passion, and to have accountability on and off the court.
Coach Curtis Johnson
Assistant Coach
Coach Johnson joined the program in 2023 as assistant coach of Team Power 2027. He has been focused on developing player skills, improving in-game execution, and helping our athletes reach their full potential ever since.
